Once and order as been made and payment has been processed we will despatch your item(s) within the next two working days.
If, on the unlikely occasion your item is out of stock we will notify you and an alternative may be suggested. If you are not happy with the alternative we will refund your payment immediately.
We hope that you will love your 4 Bumps and Babies gift but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all items originally received, along with proof of purchase, within 7 days in its original condition stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given including postage costs. We recommend that you return your gift via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by 4 Bumps and Babies.
Should you wish to cancel your order please call us immediately on 01904 766771. The order will be cancelled as long as the goods have not been dispatched.
FAULTY GOODS All of our gifts are quality checked. However in the unlikely event that they are found to be faulty or damaged in transit, please return them to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will gladly exchange or refund them. Please keep proof of postage for any items returned. |
